Josh orchestrated everything wonderfully and he and his team kept us in the loop, notifying us of any changes or hiccups. For example, a tile we chose for the pantry was going to be incredibly pricey so before he ordered, he asked if we wanted to proceed or find a new tile. If a job on-site wasn’t going to wrap up like the schedule stated, he would let us know of the change. He was up-front and honest and everything I’d want in a builder! Candi Dugan his project coordinator is also very conscientious and hardworking. I’m a 2nd generation real estate investor, property manager, construction manager and novice designer. The quality of the build is unquestionable and if something isn’t right Josh will make it right if at all possible. My kitchen pantry wasn’t what I wanted but I did “sign off” on it, so they didn’t have to change it. Josh was out on Christmas Eve day ripping out the pantry so the crew could rebuild the way I wanted right after Christmas and we would stay on schedule.”
